Terms of Use
General:
The
terms below govern your use of hosting services
provided by Ekow International.
The
services and resources provided by Ekow International
must be used for lawful purposes only. The
use, storage or transmission of any information
in violation to any United States Federal,
State or City law is strictly prohibited.
The
promotion of content containing damaging information
to servers or that of others is prohibited.
The promotion, links to or use of pornographic
content, hate content, bulk email services,
warez, pirated software and hacking programs
is prohibited. Sites that violate this policy
may be disabled or removed without any warning and without
any refund of any fees paid.
Spamming
Spamming
is not acceptable. If we receive
repeated abuse complaints,
you may receive warning or site termination
without any refund to any fees paid
Violation
In
the case where a user violates the terms of
use of services, we reserve the right to suspend,
disable or remove the offending
site.
Termination
Web
site owners may terminate the use of the site
by sending us email. No refunds will be made
for the balance of any remaining period of
web hosting.
Monthly
web hosting fee must be paid at the beginning
of the hosting period. Web site hosting fee
that is not paid for two weeks may cause the
site to be suspended.
If fee is not received for 30 days, the site
will be shut down. No data will be produced
or recoverd after a site has been shut down.
Disclaimer
The customer understands and agrees with the fact that Ekow International
does not control and is not responsible for
the content of data, scripts, or other information
passing through host
computers, network hubs and points of presence
on the Internet. Ekow International cannot be
liable for the content of any data transferred
or stored by any customer or customer's customers
via the services provided by Ekow International.
The Ekow International Services are provided on an as is, as available
basis and are used on the customer's own risk.
No warranties related to Ekow International services
are made, including but not limited to
warranties of merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. Ekow International makes
no warranties that its services will not be interrupted
or will be error free. Ekow International does
not guarantee that any specific results can be
obtained by using its services. No kind
of advice or information, written or oral, given
by an Ekow International employee, owner or agent
can be viewed as a warranty of any kind.
The customer understands and agrees that Ekow
International cannot compensate the customer
with a value exceeding the total price the customer
has paid for the Ekow International services.
Ekow International reserves the right at its sole
discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any
of Ekow International's Terms could result in
a warning, suspension, or account termination.
In case of any lawsuit against Ekow International, resulting from
a customer's violation of law or the above Terms
of Use the customer will pay all damages, as
well as attorney fees.
The terms of the Disclaimer section shall survive any termination
of this agreement.
Web
Site Terms of Use Change
Ekow International reserves the right to change
the above terms of use at any time without notice. Such
changes will become effective and binding after
their posting on Ekow International web site.
